No Bake Breakfast Bites

I am all for recipes that allow you to dump ingredients into a bowl and voila! a delicious treat! Looking for a breakfast recipe that I could make quickly and that could last the entire week, I came up with the following. The ingredients can absolutely be changed, I just ran through my cabinet and grabbed everything that was running low or that I wanted to get rid of. These breakfast bites are absolutely delicious and just one or two are good enough for me to take for breakfast since they have so much protein.

Breakfast Bites

Ingredients:

2 Cups Old Fashioned OatsNo Bake Breakfast Bites

1 2/3 cups Peanut Butter

1 Cup ground flax seeds

½ Cup semi sweet chocolate chips

4 TBSP Honey

1  Cup Chia Seeds

¼ Cup Cashews

¼ Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels

6 TBSP Coconut Flakes

¾ Cup fresh ground coffee

¼ Cup Raisins

What to do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. You may roll the balls in coconut flakes instead of mixing them in if you want better presentation. These were for me so I just mixed everything in!
  2. Roll into 32 balls and place in a glass dish or wax paper covered pan.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
